During its many years of activity, Fratelli Alberti has developed several dedicated solutions for the world of belts.
The FAV430 and FAV520 splitting machines offer a dedicated system that allows the edges and tips of belts to be stripped in a single pass and, with a subsequent pass, the belt end. The device handles only lateral (flat and inclined bevels) or complete bevelling; thanks to the micrometric adjustment, it guarantees perfect symmetry of the bevels.

AV2 skiving machines offer a simple dedicated system for chamfering belt edges. This system can also be produced on customer request according to the dimensions of the product to be processed. A split can also be obtained on belts and straps by means of the 854 foot.
